OMFG! series 1 - the Aqua Allegiance

so the OMFG! series

got off to an astounding start

$11k in 5 days

just..wow

So i got a set of resin prototypes in the other day..

are heavily reworked Uglydolls

did some pretty extensive hand and face sculpting

this time around

so that was pretty fun

OMFG! mini figure series 1

I was lucky enough to be a part of

a recent community-based project.

In a nutshell:

to manufacture a series of 5 mini figures

akin to the 2 inch tall M.U.S.C.L.E & Monsters In My Pocket lines

from the 80s and 90s

what manifested: OMFG! [Outlandish Mini Figure Guys] series 1

my contribution: the Crawdad Kid

This project originated from the talented group of artists, designers & toy enthusiasts

from the October Toys/Toy Break forum.

Over the course of several months,

dozens of character ideas were submitted & voted on to be put into production.

Now, this project has reached its funding stage.

Age of Uncertainty

I will be participating in

Age of Uncertainty,

a local group exhibition

that opens tomorrow, 9th June, 7pm

@ Chan Hampe Galleries, Tanjong Pagar
