transposition (2010)
back from 5 months worth of maple syrup
and moose (meese?)
updated pictures of my contributing piece
for the VOICE exhibition
This piece is an exploration in choice and freewill;
how human agency affects us on a personal level
and its resultant implications.
The work represents a process of self-discovery -
a semiotic entity can hold meanings with opposing significance,
which is entirely relative to an individual's viewpoint.
What lies in the middle of these two extremes,
while seemingly neutral,
in actuality manifests itself as a chaotic mess.
Is there always refuge in going with the middle ground?
